G4S 360 Survey: Eleanor Ellis

This 360 survey is confidential however for purposes of data validation and in order to save your results, the survey requires that you input the email address on which you received the 360 survey invitation. Your email address is treated strictly within the terms of GDPR and will be automatically be removed from the final data set, following validation.

There are 8 sections each containing 2 questions.
Each question requires a rating to be given and comments to be made.

Please answer all questions before submitting.
Please note: if you click the submit button, prior to completing them all, the system will alert you to any unanswered questions.

Partially answered surveys are saved automatically as you progress through each question and may be revisited for completion on multiple occasions, as your time permits.

After a short period of time (nominally 2 hours) if no further updates have been made, a link will be transmitted to you via a one-time reminder email, this permits you to securely access your partially completed survey, in situations where the browser may have closed. Once you have received the link, it will always work for your unique survey, regardless of how many times you access it, until you submit.
Please be aware that the one-time email may have been filed in your junk folder, however should you be unable to locate it, please contact us as per your original invitation and we will resend the link.
