Training and Consultancy
We are accredited with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and the Association for Coaching (AC), and specialise in a broad range of coach & mentor development and leadership programmes combined with strategic consultancy services to support organisational change and development.
We work closely with a number of universities in the area, including the University of York, Leeds Becket, Salford and Bradford.
Chapel House delivers a whole range of team building and motivational programmes in the form of workshops, masterclasses and conference presentations. We are flexible and can offer totally bespoke packages or ‘off the shelf’ programmes depending on what our clients want or need. We also offer non accredited Life Coach training and one-to-one executive coaching.

We have been commissioning Chapel House’s work and support for our company for almost two years now and we are extremely satisfied with the quality of coaching, mentoring and training we have experienced.
We have received world class executive coaching and mentoring from their experienced and highly qualified team, from our General Manager down through Senior Directors, Middle Management and front line Supervisors. This has made a direct and positive impact upon organisational leadership which was independently measured thus demonstrating a significant return on this investment.
Through this programme of coaching interventions, Chapel House identified a range of skill gaps within the organisation which they addressed through a bespoke training and development programme.
Chapel House have continued to provide us with ongoing excellent dedicated customer liaison and they are currently assisting in training a cohort of 22 internal coaches/mentors on a bespoke ILM Accredited Level 7 programme of training and development. I have been particularly impressed with the quality of this training and the level of ongoing support Chapel House provide in terms of tutorial and supervision support, provision of materials and resources and the help they provide in helping us establish our organisational strategy, systems and processes.
