What we do:

Coaching for Mental Health and Wellbeing

Wellbeing is now clearly shown to impact our day-to-day health, happiness, and ability to function both personally and professionally. Increasingly organisations are becoming aware that mental health and wellbeing is an integral part of their strategic agenda rather than a ‘nice to have’.

As coaches we are increasingly finding that our individual clients are seeking support to enhance their quality of life or drive their professional success and our corporate clients are looking to their coaches to support individual employee resilience.

However, coaches often lack the evidence-based knowledge and skills, as well as the confidence, to help their client’s address underlying wellbeing issues which we know perpetuate and maintain problematic behaviours, thinking patterns and emotions.

This course has been designed for experienced coaches who wish to be able to support their clients progress using evidence-based, proven wellbeing models and strategies whilst working ethically and professionally within the coaching framework.

Designed and delivered by a qualified and experienced mental health practitioner and executive coach the programme is grounded in validated research and techniques in relation to wellbeing and mental health.
